Our Family Farm

Chadwick Farm is a family-owned farm in Oxford, Mississippi, built on the simple idea that time outdoors together makes the best memories.

Our story

Since 2010, our family has opened the gates of Chadwick Farm to neighbors, schools and visitors from across North Mississippi. What started as a place for our own kids to grow up outside has become a place for yours, too.

We’re still a working farm, and a family one. You’ll find us in the barn, on the tractor and in the pumpkin patch — come say hello.

Growing on the farm

Every season starts with seeds. Each spring we start seedlings in trays before they head out to the fields, and by fall those rows turn into the pumpkin patch you know and love.

Real experiences. Lasting memories.

We believe kids should get their hands dirty, feel the grass under their feet and meet the animals that share the land with us. Whether it’s your first pumpkin patch visit or your tenth field trip, we hope you leave with a story to tell.

Small Wings. Deep Roots

Caring for the farm means paying attention to the little things too. Our honey bees are a new chapter for us, and we're learning with every season. From the flowers they visit to the honey they make, these small residents remind us how closely life on the farm is connected.

Our small apiary is tucked well away from guest areas and attractions. Around the farm, you may spot honey bees visiting flowers alongside other pollinators, just as you would in any outdoor setting.

The best way to know a farm is to walk it. We’d love to have you out.
